The opening hours, usage or operation of some landscape facilities may be subject to the relevant laws, land grant, provisions of the principal deed of mutual covenant and sub-deed of mutual covenant, actual condition, weather condition, regulations on use of facilities and the consent or permit issued by the relevant Government authorities. The completion date of the clubhouse and/or recreational facilities is subject to the final approval of the Buildings Department, Lands Department and/or other relevant Government authorities. The opening hours, usage or operation of some recreational facilities and/or services may be subject to the relevant laws, land grant, provisions of the principal deed of mutual covenant and the sub-deed of mutual covenant, actual condition, weather condition, clubhouse regulations, regulations on use of facilities and the consent or permit issued by the relevant Government authorities. Fees may be charged separately for using the clubhouse and recreational facilities. The clubhouse and recreational facilities may not be immediately available for use upon delivery of vacant possession of the units in the Phase.
