1. The furniture layout plan represents an artist’s impression of Unit E on 18/F of Tower 1 (1A) of the Phase only. The layout of the residential property shown in this plan has been altered (some of the internal partitions and doors are not provided). It does not represent the standard provision of partitions and the actual view from or actual condition of the residential property upon handover, and is for reference only.
2. The design, colour, layout, materials, fittings, finishes, appliances, plants, landscape, facilities, furniture, decorative items, lighting features and objects etc. (if any) are not standard provisions upon handover, and may not be provided in the residential property upon completion of the Phase. The provision of fittings, finishes, appliances and furniture (if any) is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement for sale and purchase.
